Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you may return the goods to us in 7 days. You will need to bear the return shipping costs. We will refund our customers after we have inspected the returned goods. For missing pieces, we will deduct the amount from the refund balance accordingly. 

 

Warranty

Qu-MAT has a warranty of 2 years under normal usage from the date of purchase. This warranty do not apply to Add-On game products.
